PROFILE AND CHARACTERISTICS OF THE COMPANY

Structure of the company

There are no persons employed in EDEN. All duties concerned with the partnership activity will be completed by owners, which are: Michalina Sznicer and Dawid Marcinkowski. The seat and the legal adress of the company is:
Kościelna 11 Street, Sosnowiec. There are no departments and sub-offices in the moment of starting this business, but we hope to open a subsidary in future.

SWOT analysis

STRENGHT AS AN INTERNAL FACTOR

Our product is absolutely competetive as it has incredible taste. Ingriedients are always fresh and have no preserves inside. People will find our price really low. This is another important feature of our product as the price of hot dogs nearby is higher.

WEAKNESS AS AN INTERNAL FACTOR

The only weakness concerned with our product is the competition. Some people do not find it so important to search for a high quality product so they may choose any other hot-dog bar if they are simply hungry.

OPPORTUNITIES AS AN EXTERNAL FACTOR

We plan to widen our palette of products in the future (hamburgers, drinks, candies, etc.). We also hope that we will open a subsidary in the biggest colleges in the region of Silesia.

THREATS AS AN EXTERNAL FACTOR

As a threat we should handle a possible fall of sales during the activity of the company which may be concerned with the fact that sometimes students prepare their own breakfast and food and they don't wish to spend money on already prepared food.
 

Providers and co-operation

We plan to sign agreements with the following providers:

-'Grotzky' Bakery
-'Sven" Slaughterhouse
-'Band G' Salads

We hope to be given special quantity discounts during the co-operation with those companies. It will let us gain some extra profits.
